Privacy Policy

With this policy IF SRL. intends to inform users visiting the website “www.personalcoffee.it” (hereinafter the " Site ") of the policy adopted regarding the Protection of personal data, underlining its commitment and attention with reference to the protection of the privacy of visitors to the Site. Please read carefully our Privacy Policy which applies both in the case you access the website and decide to simply browse it using our services, without purchasing any product, and in the case you decide to make purchases.

We also ask you to read, if you have not already done so, the Conditions of Use of the Site because they also contain important information on the security systems adopted by the Site.

Browsing the Site is free and does not require any registration, with the exception of some areas where the user can freely and expressly provide a series of data concerning him/her to access specifically identified services (e.g. to proceed with purchases, sign up for the newsletter or request information, etc.). Therefore, where the visitor intends to provide his/her personal data to access these additional services, he/she will be expressly informed pursuant to Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196, “Personal Data Protection Code”, (the “ Code ”) and EU Regulation 679/2016 “General Data Protection Regulation” (the “ Regulation ”) with an indication (by way of example) of the purposes and methods of use of the data by IF SRL, as well as the right to request the cancellation of the data or their updating at any time. Any reference to the Code contained in the Privacy Policy, and in the Site in general, must be considered valid and effective within the limits and to the extent that the provisions referred to remain in force after the entry into force of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The Website is not intended for use by children under the age of sixteen, and children under the age of sixteen are prohibited from creating an account or otherwise providing personal information.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the Code and the Regulation, IF SRL provides the following information.


1. The Data Controller and Data Processors
The Data Controller is IF SRL, with registered office in Via Vittorelli, 40, 36061, Bassano del Grappa (VI), CF and VAT number 03291520249, Reg. Imp Vicenza n. 03291520249, CS € 10,000.00 iv, e-mail if@ifadv.it (hereinafter IF ”, the “ Owner ” or the “ Company ”).

For exclusively organizational and functional needs, we have appointed some service providers functional to the management of the Site as external managers of the processing of users' personal data for purposes strictly connected and related to the provision of services provided by the Site, including the sale of products.

2. Types of personal data processed
To access the Site, you do not need to register. However, there are sections within the Site that require registration or the use of a username and password (e.g. to register for the personal area, or complete the online purchase process), or services for which you must provide your data (e.g. your data may be requested to access newsletter services, to contact us, etc.).

With reference to data relating to navigation within the Site, see also the following point 6 regarding the Profiling Tools used by the Site.


3. Optional provision of personal data
The provision of personal data is generally optional. Only in certain cases, failure to provide data may make it impossible to access specific services and obtain what may be requested (e.g. registration - and the provision of personal data, email address, postal address, credit/debit card data or bank details and telephone number - is necessary to proceed with the purchase of products online); failure to provide such data may therefore prevent IF from allowing access to the services of the Site or from responding to user requests.

The data required from time to time are indicated in the data collection forms on the Site - for example by indicating them with an (*) - and the consequences of their failure to be provided are reported in the specific information on the data collection pages.


4. Purpose
The data are collected and processed for purposes strictly connected to the use of the Site, its services and the purchase of products online. The purposes of use of the data are indicated in detail in the specific information provided by the Site in all cases of data collection. We therefore ask you to read the information that from time to time illustrates the characteristics of the processing that will be carried out by IF (e.g. for registration to the newsletter service, to access the personal area, etc.). The processing of your data will take place in full compliance with privacy legislation.


5. Methods, duration of data processing and scope of communication
The data may be processed both electronically and on paper (e.g. for the management of purchases on the Site). IF guarantees the lawful and correct processing of personal data provided through the Site, in full compliance with current legislation, as well as the maximum confidentiality of the data provided during registration. All information collected is transmitted in a protected connection in order to prevent interception by outsiders.

Any data provided by users will be processed for the time specified in the specific information provided at the time of data collection.

The data will not be communicated or disclosed to third parties except within the limits and under the conditions expressly indicated in the information provided to the user from time to time and subject to prior authorization by the user.


6. Links to other sites
This information is provided only for the site www.personalcoffee.it and not for other websites that may be consulted by the user via connection links. IF cannot be held responsible for personal data provided by users to external parties or to any websites connected to this Site.


7. "Profiling" and/or personalization tools
IF does not carry out any promotional and/or advertising communication activities without the prior express consent of the user .

The Site uses "cookies", both technical (i.e. to facilitate navigation and use of the Site) and profiling (i.e. to analyse users and their behaviour and preferences, and to provide them with personalised advertising).

8. Place of data processing
The processing operations connected to the services provided by the Site are carried out (i) at the IF headquarters indicated in point 1 above and are carried out by the data processors of the Sales & Marketing Department, (ii) as well as by the companies that provide services functional to the management of the Site, appointed as external data controllers. A complete list of the external data controllers appointed by IF can be requested from the contacts indicated in point 9 of the Privacy Policy.

To allow us to correctly manage our Site and fulfill our contractual obligations, your personal data may be transferred to countries outside the European Union, such as Tunisia, USA, United Kingdom and San Marino.

The transfer of your data will take place in full compliance with the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by privacy legislation. By simple request (see no. 9 of the information notice) you can receive more information on the transfer of your data and on the guarantees provided for their protection.

Where expressly provided for in the relevant agreements, the data controllers mentioned above may also transfer the personal data of users to countries outside the European Union in the context of the execution of the activities carried out for the Company, while strictly complying with the purposes indicated in this information and the guarantees, measures and rights provided for by the Regulation.


9. Rights of interested parties
By sending a communication to the email address if@ifadv.it, you may at any time exercise the rights set forth in Articles 15 to 23 of the Regulation, including knowing which data we are processing, with which methods and for which purposes we use them, modifying the data you have provided us or deleting them, asking us to limit the use of your data, requesting to receive or transmit your data, without prejudice to the possibility of changing your consents (possibly provided). You may also always object to the processing of your data carried out, in particular, for marketing purposes or analysis of your preferences.


10. Who can you contact to make a complaint?
We remind you that, if you are not satisfied with the responses received from IF (see paragraph 8) above), you may in any case, if you believe that the processing concerning you violates the provisions of the Regulation, lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority (www.garanteprivacy.it), or with the Data Protection Authority of the country in which you habitually reside, work or where the alleged violation occurred.


11. Applicable law
This Privacy Policy is governed by EU Regulation 679/2016 and the national legislation applicable to the case in question, to the extent that such legislation will remain in force after the date of application of the Regulation (25 May 2018).

The Regulation ensures that the processing of personal data is carried out in compliance with fundamental rights and freedoms, as well as the dignity of the interested party, with particular reference to confidentiality, personal identity and the right to protection of personal data.


12. Review clause
IF reserves the right to review, modify or simply update, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion, in any way and/or at any time, without notice, this Privacy Policy also in consideration of changes in laws or regulations regarding the protection of personal data. Changes and updates to the Privacy Policy will be notified to users by (i) sending e-mails to users registered on the Site and (ii) publishing on the Home Page of the Site, and will be binding as soon as they are published and communicated. We therefore ask you to regularly access this section to verify the publication of the most recent and updated Privacy Policy or to check your e-mail inbox.
