Payment by advance bank transfer
In case of payment by advance bank transfer, the goods ordered by the customer will be retained until receipt of proof of the transfer, to be sent to Personalcoffee.it via email within and no later than 3 ( three ) working days from the date of sending the conclusion email.
The shipment of the ordered goods will take place only upon actual crediting of the amount due to the current account of IF srl (Personalcoffee.it) which must occur within 7 ( seven ) working days from the date of acceptance of the contract.
After these deadlines, the order will be automatically cancelled.
The reason for the bank transfer must necessarily include the order number, order date, name and surname of the customer who placed the order. Product availability is to be assessed only from the moment of crediting.

Payment by Credit Card

By selecting the payment type with Credit Card, the customer will be able to make the payment securely with Credit Card directly on the checkout page of PersonalCoffee.it.


Payment by credit card via PayPal
By selecting the PayPal payment type, the customer will be redirected to the PayPal website page where they can enter their email address and password and remember to check their payment details. The financial data will not be visible to Personalcoffee.it but will be managed directly by PayPal. In the event of cancellation of the order or non-acceptance by Personalcoffee.it, the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Personalcoffee.it will not be responsible for delays or non-refunds by PayPal.
