Yes, the contents of the kit are identical to the products that will be packaged with your logo. We want you to be 100% confident in the taste and aroma before proceeding with your customization.

Will the cost of the Tasting Kit be refunded?

We believe in our product. If, after trying the kit, you decide to place your first order of custom coffee, you can use the discount code provided on the complimentary card included inside the kit.

Is the coffee I’m tasting an industrial or artisanal product?

Quality is at the heart of our service. This is not mass-produced industrial coffee: our blends come from our own Italian Artisanal Roastery, Aqua e Polveri®. We select premium beans and follow a small-batch roasting process—just 3kg at a time—to enhance the aromas. The Tasting Kit is designed to let you experience the difference from standard commercial coffee; we want you to be proud to put your name on this product.

Is the customization done with stickers or printed directly on the box?

We aim for the highest aesthetic result: your packaging will be fully printed (full print). We do not use simple adhesive labels on anonymous boxes; instead, we customize the entire surface of the packaging. The final result is an extremely professional-looking product, identical to those of major brands, but with your unique style.

Is it difficult to create my own custom coffee line?

Not at all! We have made the process easy and intuitive. You don’t need to be a marketing or packaging expert—we guide you every step of the way. Our goal is to allow you to have your own branded product with minimal effort.

I don’t have a logo or I don't know how to use graphic design software. Can you help?
