Refund policy
Products exempt from the right of withdrawal Given the specific nature of our items, pursuant to Article 59 of the Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the right of withdrawal (or change of mind) is strictly excluded for most of the products sold on our store. Specifically, returns are not allowed for:
– Custom products (Art. 59 let. c): roasted coffee and gadgets printed and custom-packaged with graphics, logos, or files provided by the customer.
– Food products (Art. 59 let. d and e): coffee beans or ground coffee, capsules, soluble powders, panettone, and similar items. As these are goods subject to deterioration and sealed for hygiene and health reasons, once shipped they cannot be returned.
Right of withdrawal for standard items (non-food) Exclusively for the purchase of non-food and non-personalized physical merchandise (e.g., equipment or generic merchandising), you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery. The products must be returned to IF srl at your expense, intact and unused. The refund will be issued after the receipt and inspection of the goods.
Order cancellation As a commercial courtesy, we offer you the opportunity to voluntarily and freely cancel your order within 1 hour from the time of purchase (before processing or logistical preparation begins). You can do this independently by logging into your account at https://account.personalcoffee.it and following the procedure in the Orders section. After this window, the order will go into processing.
File upload for custom products and Penalty Exclusively for custom products, the order goes into production only after the correct graphic file has been uploaded. If you fail to upload the file (or replace it in case of non-compliance) within 15 days of the order, the purchase will be automatically canceled. In this specific case of cancellation due to causes attributable to you, IF srl will retain a penalty of €10.00 to cover the management expenses already incurred, refunding the remaining amount to the original payment method.
Defective or damaged products during transport Your satisfaction is fundamental. If you encounter problems not attributable to you, please follow these rules to obtain quick assistance (free reprint or replacement):
– Transport damage: If the package arrives clearly crushed, punctured, or damaged by the courier, sign with reservation and contact us within 48 hours of delivery, attaching photographic documentation.
– Printing or product defects: Any conformity defects or printing errors (not due to the file you sent) must be reported to our Customer Service within 8 days of receipt, attaching photos of the defect.
