This is a highly appreciated Yirgacheffe Grade 1 (G1) coffee, renowned for its distinctive floral and fruity flavor profile. The region's indigenous "heirloom" varieties, the high altitude (typically ranging from 1,870 to 2,300 meters above sea level), and the meticulous processing all contribute to its unique qualities.
This Specialty Coffee reaches its maximum potential with filter brewing methods, which beautifully enhance its floral and fruity aromas. However, it also performs exceptionally well as an espresso, using a recipe of 18g of ground coffee for a 38g yield.
