Classic Panettone
A soft dough made with natural sourdough starter, enriched with low-temperature candied Calabrian orange peel — a delicate process that preserves the precious essential oils and the softness of the orange pulp.
Finished with juicy sultana raisins, Tuscan acacia honey, and topped with a sweet almond amaretto glaze, crowned with whole almonds from Puglia.

Tasting tips
Before consuming the product it is essential to temper it near a heat source, it will be extraordinarily better. Consume the product warm, to keep the fragrance and aromas as intact as possible.

Store in a cool, dry place.
